💡 The Heart Behind eThawini: Why We Started
eThawini was born from a shared vision between partners Sifiso—a commercial photographer with over a decade of international media experience—and Andile, an accountant and community strategist.
We grew tired of local culture being misrepresented and of the barriers that keep brilliant independent creators from reaching the audiences they deserve. Instead of small brands trying to build an audience from absolute zero, we asked ourselves: What if we built a centralised, collaborative ecosystem? Mass-market retail asks a cold question: “What do you want to buy?”
